Beginning her real estate career in 2010 & rapidly excelling within the industry, now being a Co-Owning Royal LePage Princeton Realty. Ashley joined the Tullis family business learning of the residential & commercial real estate markets while working side by side with her father & mentor Wayne Tullis. Ashley was able to draw off of Wayne’s 39 years experience within the industry. Ashley has successfully lead many clients through sales, purchases & lease transactions. While doing so Ashley has received sales achievement awards annually for outstanding performance in many categories.
Ashley was born and raised in Coquitlam having living there majority of her life while enjoying the family vacation home in Tulameen since 1996, then in 2017 her love for the Similkameen Valley won! Making the decision to relocate to the Princeton community in 2017 and continue her career in real estate. Coming from the fast paced Vancouver real estate market Ashley will draw from that experience & knowledge knowing what it takes to help you reach your real estate goals effectively & efficiently.
